i am trying to find my nan grandad i dont know much about them
elizebeth warren nee coster married to richard warren nan died in 1959 in stepney granddad died in 1962 i think they were born around 1877 but not sure

Do you know when their first child was born? This would cut down the search period for their marriage. When you have found the marriage registration, you can buy the cert, which will give you their fathers' names and possibly their ages (although it may just say Full Age, meaning over 21). You should then be able to trace them back on the census/
