In 1841 there are 3 George Hughes-s of the right age in Droitwich district (all in Dodderhill), but none is living with parents.

(My mistake -- there are two. Ancestry seems to have duplicated one household.)

I do not see an Ann or John Hughes with a spouse of the right name.
