I think Linda means she has found them on a tree on Ancestry not on the census but hope I am wrong.

It's strange how they can't be found in either 1891 or 1901 and quite a few of us have looked for them.

Hi. Jenny Elizabeth Turner born. 1890 July/Sept. Qtr. reg in Pancras. vol 1b 16. Copy of the certificate will give the parents names and mothers maiden name, which will help trace further back. Hope this helps. Ethel.

Ethel,

Bev has the parents names.

Henry Turner c1863 and Ada Powell c1872.

They married in 1888 and have been found prior to this, it's 1891 and 1901 where they seem to be missing.

Hi Good Morning,
now i am even more confused, i have found another possible match in my tree,
he has Joseph Turner 1818 and Sarah 1830
children Alice 1851, Rosa 1854 Clara 1857, Joseph Camden 1860,
Henry 1867 married to Alice 1872
and there children
Alice 1891, Walter J Turner 1892, William 1894, Henry 1896. all born camden area.

I have Joseph 1821 (bridport dorset) Sarah 1827
children
Alice 1852 Rosina 1858, Clara 1857, Joseph 1860, Goerge 1869, Henry 1866 married to Ada Powell 1870, in 1888
there children Jennie 1890, Rose, Alfred 1897, Walter James Turner 1898. all born St Pancras Camden.

have i gone of on the wrong track?
or has my match,
or is it just a strange coincendence that he has same names same places and dates,
but he has henry married to Alice and with different children, even though he does have a Walter J Turner born in 1892,
But my other matches dont have Walter?

Getting really confused, can feel a headache coming on.

any help please before i go insane.

thanks again
Bev

Morning Helen,

thanks for helping me,
this is been a nightmare, did my husbands line fairly easy,
this one is difficult beings i cannot link Walter to anything, or anyone.
though he did call his daughter Rosina, known as Rose.
thought i was on the right track, now doubting myself.

Re the other person with Henry's wifes name as Alice.

You must have the correct family as you have the birth cert and then the marriage cert of the parents, so I would check with them if they have any certs.

Hi,
its just the fact that cannot find any of them in 1891,1901 as a family,
only Jennie with her grandfather George Powell, just finding it really frustrating.
Its like my Grandad didnt exist, but obviously he did!
not sure if i have the right siblings and parents now for Henry.
just confusing myself!

thanks
Bev

Hi
Linda

thank you for the info, another bit to add to my tree,

I will keep plodding on with this until i find the missing piece that links my grandad with Jennie and his other siblings etc,

I know they had the same parents,
but any trees i have matched with dont have my grandad in my tree?

Hows the weather in Australia,

Have been watching a programme I am a celebrity get me out of here, set in the Australian Bush, and it always seems to be raining!

Thanks
Bev
