My grandfather in law (if there is such a thing) Thomas was born in Battersea,London. He married an Ethel Rogers (prev married to a Cullum who died) He took on their 4 children Maureen, Margaret (Peggy), Herbert John William and Phyllis. They went on to have 2 children of their own Leonard Peter 1946 and Steven Colin 1951. This is all we know of him and I would be grateful for any help or information anyone may have on his parents or siblings. Thank-you. |

Unfortunatley no, However I am currently searching the records now as we believe it was sometime between 1940 and 1946. |

You only have 6 weeks to register a birth but Im sure there would be some that didnt comply for whatever reason |
