Does anyone know any information about a John Charles Penna Clark, living in Cornwall, working as an engineer around 1938. Not sure of his age or where he was born. I am not sure if the name Penna is a middle name or part of the surname. It was not passed down if part of the surname. All help gratefully received.
Thanks.
