Trying to find Jillian M Evans who married Alan F Evans 1964 Paddington UK. Had children Caron and Paul. Possibly emigrated to Australia

Could this be Alan's service record in Australia?

EVANS ALAN HANSON : Service Number - R42670 : Date of birth - 30 Jan 1946 : Place of birth - GLASGOW : Place of enlistment - BRISBANE : Next of Kin - JILLIAN

Actual document (dated 1963) states his next of kin is wife Jillian Margaret (from 1969? Hard to follow). He was a student, living in Warwick Qld and she was living in Burrawang NSW! Alan was 5' 6" with light brown hair and brown eyes and a fair complexion.
