There area few harry Jackson's born in Salford in that timescale, none with a middle name so you would need something more to identify which one.

I'm searching for information about a Harry (possibly Harry Norman Jackson) born c.1882 in Salford, Lancashire. By 1905 he was living in Grimsby, Lincolnshire and I have managed to find him in 1911 census here.
He worked on the railways and also had some connection with Sheffield.
Any info would be great!
