please help me my sons dad as we have lost contact he comes from southampton and is in his 30s and black carribean...he has a sister who is younger than him,they used to live near st marys rd

if you go to ,,192.com ,,there are no more than a handful on there on the electoral rolls directories and one of them may be him but you do have to pay to view the results im afraid
