SHE KNOWS THAT HIS PARENTS WERE PATRICIA ANN WARD AND LEN BUFF. SHE THINKS HE TOOK THE BIRTH NAME OF WARD BUT IS UNSURE IF HE THEN TOOK ON HIS ADOPTIVE NAME. ANY HELP APPRECIATED. 	Hi Lynn There is a Carl Ward born in Leicester on this site, he appears to have his own tree, have you tried to e,mail him.
