I am trying to find any info on the surname of Turner, my Adopted father was called Arthur William Turner, (dcd 2005) and his parents were Jack Turner and Lizzie Smith, I do know that Lizzie moved to colchester from Manchester Higher Openshaw and that she was in the Salvation Army, Jack was also in the SA but he came from Colchester or Wivenhoe, any help would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to do a tree for my Adopted Mother.
