	The London Gazette should have info about his Naval career like promotions / medals etc http://www.gazettes-online.co.uk/ArchiveContents.aspx?geotype=London search http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl for birth marraige etc also you should be able to find him on the 1901 and 1911 census
