hi my name is angela davies i am trying to trace my dads family hisfather was thomas hughes davies and his mother was elizabeth bedelia davies nee hughes they were married in St phileumons parish church in liverpool on 25th december 1911 they had two sons that died and they had my father robert davies and his brother albert davies when my grandparents were married there fathers are deceased on the marriage cert i have it that thomas was a dock gateway and his father also named robert davies was a plasterer my grans father is down as being a carter his name was hugh hughes my gran was born in 1889 and my grandad was born in 1885 i did not see or know any of my grandads family as he had passed away well before i was born but my gran had four sisters edith flo polly and hilda they all had familys i would like try and find them can any one help angela davies

if you go to this site and search for their marriages you may find out what their married names were and then find some births for their children and be ale to contact them if they are still alive

you have the sisters ages and birth from the census so you know when and where they may have married

thanks vivienne i have just found out that flo and poly, married two brothers and they were also hughes so there married name stiil stayed the same . as there maden name , also hilda married charles jhonson , edith married thomas harrison. i will go onto that site and try and find there familys once again thank you for your help . sorry i did not think that i had put poly her name was mary but that is what the family name was for her .
