I see the births for John and twins Alan and Janet, but I don't see another birth in Kent. Could be the unknown baby was stillborn.

Hello
I really do not know if anyone can help me, I am trying to find my husbands Grandmother Jean Edwards (unfortunately no-one knows when she was born) she married Jean (french for John) Turner b1928 in France m in 1951 Ramsgate Kent and had 4 children John, Alan Janet & unknown as died at birth.
She left her family when the youngest was 4 years old and moved to South Africa, other than that we do not know anything else about her or parents and siblings and possibly more children?
I would be eternally grateful if someone could help me locate her and her family as the family she left behind would like to know her.
