You may find that the only way to learn anything is to purchase the marriage cert..........if nothing else, it will give you a better idea of when he was born. If he knew his father's name, it should be on the marriage cert..........

hi there wonder if u could help me ?? im trying to find out details of a edward jones (my great grandad) birth date unknown exactly 1880 to maybe 1908 in sussex who married a margaret they had sons percy albert (bert) ernest 1927 and a daughter lillian so far i have found nothing on edward jones the problem is so i been told is that edward took the surname jones from a deceased person apparently and that his real name was either brown or taylor its all a bit confusing thnx for any help you may have gary johnson
