hi,im trying to find info on my aunt christine bott she married and beome a williams.i believe she had 4 sons,andy,peter,robert and steven.they lived in the middlesex area but im sure theyve moved from there.anyone have any information i would b very grateful

hi sorry i dont know any dates all i know is that andy has died in the last couple of years in a car accident.theres so many williams im finding it like a needle in haystack!!!

yeah ive sent messages to anyone with a christine williams nee bott on there tree and no one has come back as a match.im flumoxed
she is my aunt on my fathers side so ive not met her,i also have no contact with him so dont have relatives to ask and am working on what my mum remembers from back in the seventies!
i thought the bott family would be easy to trace as its not a name i hear very often but its almost as bad as looking for a smith!

For dates, Abby, specific dates aren't necessary, but a general idea of ages is.

The four sons were born in Hounslow and Hammersmith registration districts in the late 1970s. (Search of the births index at Ancestry for surname Williams and mother Bott finds that cluster of the names you gave.)

Robert James Williams
Peter Williams
Stephen Allan Williams
Andrew Christopher Williams

in that order, if that helps.

Unfortunately, the names are too common to identify marriages -- for instance, there were a couple of dozen Andrew C Williams marriages 1998-2005.

You would presumably find Christine in trees here by searching for Christine Bott. There are two other people with that name and the exact year of birth and place of birth that you have for her. Those are the ones you contacted?

Oh, even better news. One of the sons is a member of GR and has another of the sons (his brother) in his tree, on a quick check.

I will PM you the details, since this is info about living people (even though it's searchable in trees).
