Born in London c. 1863, was a seaman. Married Kate Prideaux in Sydney 1891. They went to England, then emigrated back to Kate's birthplace, NZ, in 1897. Really stuck on this line - any help would be appreciated. Further clue: William laid carpets in old Parliament House in Wellington when it was built. |
