Hi, I am looking for a William Clarke. He married a lady called Ellen Seaman and they had I think 3 children, Phyllis, Ellen and Nellie. He was already deceased in 1939 (so says marraige cert of Phyllis) so unfortunatley do not have any info on him. Many thanks. Rachel
