I'm trying to find a death record for a Darias Green. He may also be under Delias, Dellias, or even Dilies!!
I have found a birth record for a DELIAS Green born Wolstanton 1853. I have him on the 1861 census as DARIAS, born in 1854 Wolstanton, Staffs, and on the 1871 he is DILIES born 1854.
I have found a marriage for a DELLIAS Green in Congleton 1878, but after that no trace. He isn't on the 1881 or 1891 census as far as I can see, so I'm assuming his death between 1878 and 1881.
If anyone can help, I'd be grateful, I can't see the wood for the trees at the moment!

Dellias (sic) married a Mary BRERETON so that would match up with the Charles Berton in the 1891 census - and I can take it on from this. Thank you SO much!
Darias/Dellias was my great great grandmother's brother. Both sides of my family seem to have originated in Staffordshire, but I never could work out how they ended up in Lancashire. Darias seems to be the link going north.
Anyone like to hazard a guess as to where the name Delias comes from?
