You could turn it into a little puzzle exercise which will help you in later searches.

For instance you can see for free that there are 30 Hentons in Mansfield in 1911.

Only 2 in 1901. Harry c1861 and Laura c1882.

Then look at freeBMD for All Types, Hentons in Mansfield.

Then try and match people up.

For example there is one chap called Vurney/Verney and even Perney who you can see his birth and marriage. The choices of spouses then shows up his wife who can be seen on the list of 30, and so on.

You can also see mistranscriptions like Violet Letitia c1910 for example is noted as Violet Letoure in 1911.

If you buy their marriage cert it will ,hopefully,have their fathers names on it.
then you can look them up on the 1911 census

HI all out there
Can anyone help with the parents of Thomas Allen & his wife Lillian Henton.
Thomas was born March 1905 at Mansfield Notts & Lillian Henton born Dec 1905,they married in 1925 at Mansfield.All i can find is there two children
Thomas F born 1928 and Ella born 1935.
Hope some one can help.
