Does anyone know of this Susan who had a brother possibly called Gerald, and could have come from lancashire,but spent some time in a children`s home, in Southsea Hants c1971/73

You could try the electoral registers. There is someone on this site who is offering to do look-ups - you could contact the with relevant details for possible help
