Member Since: January 2006 Posts: 58 Send Message	Florence CARTER had siblings Walter, Arthur ,Alfred ,Harvey, & George her father JAMES HARVEY CARTER mother JULIA fostered WILLIAM CHARLES LEE BORN ABOUT 1902 and EDWARD SALMON BORN ABOUT 1904 any one know this family from the COLCHESTER area and what happened to the foster sons. ON THE 1911 CENSUS THEY ARE LIVING 101 HARWICH RD COLCHESTER Regards Sheila
