	Hi Maria I'm afraid we can't get any more information than you already have - all we could provide would be the GRO reference which you already know. You would need to buy the certificate to get details of cause of death and informant I'm afraid.

Member Since: February 2004 Posts: 38 Send Message	my uncle may be died who i have been looking for, he was adopted. i now think he could be called geoffrey fielder. born 19th feb 1922 mother mary elizabeth nee white and father charles allcock. born 6 duke street radford nottingham. death details for this man is death reg month/ year july 1994. age 72. reg district worksop reg number 5aa. dis and subdistrict 6911a. entry number 191. please can you look this cert up for me. very much appreciated. maria.
