Looking to find any infomation on Fedrick John Clarke 1872c
In 1924 he was living in Sabastapool. I would like to know who he was married to and any children other than James Richard Phillips Clarke. Many thanks

Hi Joyce. When and where was James richard born,his birth certificate would give his mums maiden name.Also where was Fred born

The only information I have is James Richard Phillips Clarke 1892 married Edith Florence Price 1880 on the 17th May 1924 and on their Marriage Certificate his father is Fredrick John Clarke from Sabastapool living at 6 Alexandra Road he was a labourer at that time.

Still having trouble finding any relavent info on James or Fredrick.

Do you have anything else Joyce no matter how small.

James died in1930 when my mother was 3 in Sabastapool in south Wales

He was married to Edith Florence Price

Hi Joyce,the only thing i can find remotely connected is Richard James P Clarke born 1888 in Rugby Leicestershire.

What county is Sabasterpool in? There is this birth but a bit earlier then you said

CLARKE Frederick John Newport M 11a 184

There is this marriage, but there is a bride missing

Marriages Mar 1886

I wonder if James mother's maiden name was Phillips and it was given to him as a middle name?

Thanks for all the information alot of the family in know inlater years lived in Newport Monmouthshire so maybe it is right.

Yes maybe he did have his mothers sir name as a middle name with it being Phillips and not Phillip.
