If you actually wish to make any progress, you will need to buy the marriage cert. |

William Scott is my Mothers Father who married my Nan (amos) who lived in Peckham in the Camberwell District. He later re-married again. My mother was young and was brought up by her new father and moved to devon and lost contact with him and could not remember much about him. |

Your best bet is to buy the cert for his marriage to Amos, which will tell you his declared age, plus the name and occupation of his father (if known) |
