Just for anyone as in the dark as I was, wiki says:

Bagillt is a small town near Holywell in Flintshire, North Wales.

You must have some info about her yourself, David. Parents, spouse, children? Someone might be able to help you find more, but not likely without knowing what you know.

What information would you like to find? Ancestry, living descendants/relations ... ?

Yup, saw that one, confirmed the birth, figured David must have that info, or would tell us if he didn't ...

David?

Yes, I already know her parents; I would like to find out what happened to her; whether she got married, etc.

Well, David, we don't know her parents.

If you're looking for help, you need to offer the information you have.

One way of finding what happened to someone may be to find the person's siblings or descendants of those siblings.

Maybe you know whether she had siblings. We don't. Maybe you know her siblings' descendants already. We don't know whether you do.

The odds of someone who actually knows what happened to someone born in 1916 reading a post on this board are about as close to nil as you can get.

The possibility that a helpful stranger might find some info is a lot better, but without something to go on, it ain't gonna happen. No magic wands here!

Do you know her exact birthdate? If not, the birth certificate will tell you.

At present, Ancestry has a searchable database of deaths since 1984.

If your Helen lived to 1984 and died before 2006, it might be possible to identify a possible death in that index using her given name and exact birthdate alone.

That would give you a possible husband's surname, and you could search for a marriage to match. The search would probably mean downloading untranscribed images of the GRO index and looking for the names, because FreeBMD has not fully transcribed the indexes after about the 1920s.

A search could also be done at Ancestry for births in the right timeframe with the possible husband's surname and mother's surname Thomas, if a possible death was identified.

Thanks Jany, that death search is an interesting idea. At the moment I'm waiting on certificates.
