Can anyone help? I am trying to trace descendants of Thomas Bromley Bell, born Kingston-upon-Hull about 1834. He was married twice - 1 Mary Ann Dickson and 2 Ellen Mary Gibbs. He had a few children to each wife. He also moved to London, but I'm not sure when.

Thomas's job is a merchant's clerk so it's definitely him. The address is 5 Lyall Rd.
All the children apart from Annie were born in Hull, so that puts the move between 1866 and 1869, more or less.

Thomas was tried at Kingston upon Hull and convicted 9th April 1863 for embezzlement. Can anyone tell me which prison he served his three year sentence please? And any other info regarding the crime would be helpful.
