There is this in 1861, and believe it or not it says under "marital" heading that anns husband is in australia? A coincidence?

Trying to find information about Ann Robinson who was married to Richard Taylor (farmer). They had a daughter Margaret born c1853 Durham, England.
Margaret married Maxmillian Klingner in 1876 in Brisbane Australia. I have obtained the above information from Margaret's marriage certificate.
I know nothing about Margaret's ancestors on her father's or mother's side in England nor any siblings she may have had.
Can anyone help?
