Need help please.
How can i get a Birth Cert of my Grand-Father born abt 1862
in Ireland..dont know what part, would dearly love to find who his
Parents were, his name being Patrick Farrell & i know thy is a lot

He Married my Grand-Mother Annie Callaghan in 1888
