Try FreeBMD for the marriage. The cert should give you her dads name & Occupation so you may find them on 1841 census.
There wont be a birth cert but she may be on Family Search site for baptism

Can't find the marriage on FreeBMD, IGI or BVRI.
Wonder if Elizabeth was married previously and married under her first married name?
Have you found her on any census? Do you know names of children and when born?

Help us to help you, Lee. Do you have the names of the children? You say you have Elizabeth Jr's birth certificate, when was she born?
Could this be the family?
1871 census
Vine laundry?, Park Rd., Acton, Middlesex
James Lewis, head, 47, brickmaker, born Middlesex, Brentford
Elizabeth, wife, 40, born Oxford
James, son, 20, plasterer, born Wolverhampton
Emma, dau, 18, born Middlesex, Kensington
William, son, 16, plasterer, born Middlesex, Latimer Rd.
Louisa, dau, 12, born "
Jemima, dau, 9, born "
Henry, son, 2, born "
Eliza May, servant, 16, born "

NO, Scratch that, I think this is your family:
1861 census
7 Brill Terrace, Pancras, Marylebone, Middlesex
James Lewis, head, 31, shoemaker, born St. Pancras
Elizabeth, wife, 31, shoe binder, born Oxfordshire, Witney
William, son, 4, born St. Pancras
