Brick wall Buchanan! Help needed please.

I have a James Linn Buchanan born 16/03/1885 at 25 Struthers Street, Calton, Glasgow.
He was born illegitimate to an Isabella Linn (Yarn Winder) and a Daniel Buchanan (Calenderer Journeyman).
Under his fathers signature it says "father and occupier".
James grew up all his life in Scotland, however, i cant find one single record for birth, marriage, death or census for Daniel or Isabella anywhere!!!
Any fresh eyes out there able to spot anything i cant?

THANKYOU!!! thanks so much for all your help.

I found a death cert for a Daniel Buchanan aged 27 in 1886 so that would account for not finding him later on. The occupation said Clothlapper so that fits in with the description of a Calenderer.

The wee girl in the 1901 census, Annie, who married a Thomson fits in with a G. Thomson (nephew) signing James death cert in 1960 and 48 Bell street was his address at the time of his marriage in 1904.
I had no luck finding Isabellas death either as i never thought to search for 'Linn' under the different spelling of 'Lynn'.
Problem now solved thanks to all your help.
