Could she have died? Her birth cert would reveal her parents but could she have been a grandchild? |

Her birth certificate should reveal the answer. Mary at 50 may still have been able to have a child but the 1871 says she was born in 1822 which would make her 47 when Georgiana was born. The birth cert may not have the father's name on it or she may have used the name of her deceased husband. Either way if the child is hers or not it will answer your query. |
