The birth cert. of one of the children will give you her maiden name!
First child:- Births Dec 1854 (>99%) Milner Elizabeth Hunslet 9b 250
Once you know her maiden name it will be easier to find a marriage.

Hi Jacky, I know it can be expensive, this family tree lark, but even if you find a marriage you may never be sure to have found the correct one without the proof from a cert., unfortunately. You are, however, absolutely right in trying to find the info first. I'll have another look and if I come up with something, I'll post it onto your thread.. Catherine

This looks to be the marriage you mention:-
Marriages Sep 1856 (>99%) Keeling Samuel Belper 7b 605 Keeling Sarah Belper 7b 605 MILNER Henry Belper 7b 605 SMITH Robert Belper 7b 605 Tantum Emma Belper 7b 605
brides here are either Sarah Keeling or Emma Tantum, so doesn't look to be correct one.
EDIT Henry Milner - International Genealogical Index Gender: Male Marriage: 09 SEP 1856 Saint Edmunds, Allestree, Derby, England Spouse: Emma Tantum

Have checked ror marriage of Rose Ann King, groom was Amos Knight or Wright, can not remember now, but not the correct person
There are lots of marriages in the Leeds area for a Rose Ann ---?, but not to Henry Milner.
Have you found where Henry was in 1851 (I could not). This should only be a couple of years berore the marriage. If he was not moving around to much, it may also be where he married
