original 1851 census states that Louisa Eve 'married 4 times' (I think that's what it says).
Think Elizabeth Emma was born 'Fauchon' in 1831. Mother Louisa Eve then possibly married an Attwell and then Job Darling.
That's three possible marriages. Possibly another before Mr. Fauchon?
Maybe records on IGI

Did your information about Elizabeth's surname come from a child's birth certificate?

There might have been two Alexander born to the same family.
If the first one died as an infant then a later child could have the same name

Apologies for the awful subject title!
I am looking for info on my great great grandfather Alexander Watson’s birth and details about his parents.
I know he was born in Surrey around 1831 and his mother was Isabella. (From the 1841 census they were living in Surrey )
A while ago another GR member kindly advised me theres a record of an Alexander Watson christened April 1839 at Christ Church, Camberwell, London but I haven't been able to take this info any further
Father: James Watson Mother: Isabella
The puzzle for me is that would be an 8 year gap between being born and being christened –unusual in those days so maybe that’s not him but on the other hand Isabella isn’t a common name.
I am also looking for any info or leads that anyone can give me on Alexanders marriage to Elizabeth Buckwell which would be around 1850, I would be grateful for any help as I’m stumped for inspiration !
Many thanks for taking the time to read this
