Seems to be a mistake as it has two females - Patricia H. Lynn and Carol M. Clarke. I think you will have to order the certificate just using Patricia's name.

Hi i did try to do the reverse translation, but nothing seems to come up?

Depending on how you first found the info you required, all you ned to do is a reverse translation...

Enter the name clarke, the quarter and the year and then look down until you find a Lynn match. Or if your on Ancestry hit find spouse!

Hi, Patricia H Lynn married Clarke in 1971 Wayland district i think. I can't seem to find Mr Clarke's First name. This would be helpful so i could find out where he was born. Thanks.
