Hi thank you for all your help, i can look into it a bit more it's interesting to see that walter wright wasn't on the census in 1891 maybe it was only him that went to canada do you has access to passenger list?
My G G Grandfather Percival Henry Wright, Married in 1914 to a Clara Hopper in croydon, i have ordered a marriage cert to see if it will give me a date of birth and then a can find birth cert as well, i have also managed to dig out his regiment numbers 37836 Queens regiment and 90561 Royal defence corps and i know he was honorably discharged on the 4th december 1918.

what does it mean by :::ED, institution, or vessel: 31b??

Hi , have you tried checking the birth record for his son. It would give you his full name, age and occupation and make your search easier?

Hi, i'm looking for any information on my G G Grandfather all i no his surname was Wright, his son Percival Henry Wright was born in 1888 , then left in london in 1891 when my G G Grandfather went to canada. can anyone help please
