Sorry, I think I'm fighting a loosing battle. My gt grandfather wrote back to her, but unfortunately he passed away when I was 3, and none of the family kept in touch. It would be just so nice to contact some of her family as pictures are so precious and I have loads of them of her.
Thanks ever so much for your help anyway x

Sorry, Unfortunately I don't.
I have pics that she wrote on (when she sent them to her brother, my gt grandfather) and they say she's on holday at Wildwood. Does that sound familier ?

Whilst going through some old photos, I came across some pics that were sent to my Gt Grandfather William Clark. They are of his sister Isabella Clark who emigrated I beleive to America. They are of her at various stages of her life (from a young woman to her with children on holiday at Wildwood). I am unable to find her birth certificate in Scotlands People as Clark is a very popular name but I do have the 1901 census which she doesn't appear on (so birth after 1901). Her parents were James Clark b. 1855 (Kilwinning, Ayrshire) and Isabella McKim b. 1859 (Rutherglen, Glasgow). They were married on 29/12/1882, Dalry, Ayrshire.
Unfortunately I don't know who she married (my mum just knows of her as Aunt Bella from America).
Does anyone know of any sites that I could find her marriage certificate in America ? Or any information about her ?
Many thanks,
Fiona
