I'm stuck now. The only Ann Beake I can find on the 1841 census is a servant aged 15. With the rounding down of ages on the 41 census she could have been 15-19. She was in Middlezoy, Somersetshire. |

I don't think it's so strange that she wasn't with her family in 1841. Unfortunate.. yes! Most young women in those days worked as servants before marriage and that necessitated living with the family that they worked for. |
