Trying to locate the birth and family members of lillian edwards.

She was married to edward crew in 1921 aged 24, Newport Monmouthshire. Father listed as William Edwards, witness to wedding charles edwards. I have used this site to do my searches to no avail. Any help greatfully received in advance

Williams occupation on the cert is listed as a labourer. but in twenty years the occupation could have changed. The closest i could get to the location was surrey, but the age was out. i am off to kew next week so will verify these details against 1911 census ...thank you very much

Surrey is MILES away from Newport Mon area,I was born in Surrey,MANY moons ago.

A very long way from newport, in the scheme of things, which is why i turned to the community at genes. The address is no longer the same though, but i am feeling quite positive. I found loads of lillian and williams, but not in the same household.

If the 1901 census is the right one this baptism might fit but it is the only one I can find in Llantarnam (Any Mary was frequently known as Polly)
