I am trying to pinpoint exactly my Grandfathers date of birth so I can buy the right Birth Certificate, he was born 1904 possibly June in Willesden London. There is a registration for Islington. Can anybody tell me does this registration relate to William Henry son of Herbert and Sophia Bennett? |

This is the right family, Herbert & Sophia did indeed move back to Burton (where Herbert came from). |

I don't know when William Henry died, he was an Artillery Soldier and left his son William Herbert born 1932 when his wife Rose (Rosa) died in that same year. I have no track of him after that. |

Can anyone else confirm that a birth registration in the Willesden/Acton area would likely have been registered in Hendon in 1903? |

If you look on freebmd for the William Bennett births listed above, you can click on the word Hendon, ...to see places included in that registration area. |
