1891 census. Widow Broley is from Tyrone Ireland and the address for her and Thomas is 39 Cowpen Villiage

Thats the last known address for my missing Tommy the Tailor Bell.
I will keep looking for him.
Richard Gustard was related via Marriage to Thomas Bells sister Mary , I think, who married Mathew Gustard,so they must have found work for him and he was living with them in 1861 .perhaps a nephew.?
