At some point after 1911, a girl born in March 1909 was 'adopted' by George and Mattie Lewis (nee Harries) in Six Bells, Abertillery, Wales. She went by the name Maida Lewis, but that doesn't appear to have been her real name. The DOB she used was March 1909, but perhaps this is incorrect too. |

Sorry.... deleted the Maida David information as it is probably incorrect. Found a marriage for Maida David in Bridgend 1935. |
