looking for information on the davies family of abertaf villa abercynon, john davies died there 1928, his wife jennet / janet died there 1932, they lived in pentyrch till 1901, were in abercynon by 1911. they had 5 sons. 1901census morgan aged 18.. john willie age 14... idris age 11 david age 8, and cyril aged 5 i think the son called david stayed on at abertaf villas . 1911 morgan was married living somewhere in abercynon, with his wife jane = ? i know about cyril, but need info on the others please they were at abertaf villas till 1950s ? appreciate any info john

From John dear vivienne, thanks for reply to my query about davies family abercynon, john and jennett,were the great grandparents of my wife, the one son cyril was my wifes grandfather, got lots of info on him, found the grave of john and jenett in pentyrch, they spelt her name various ways, we knew idris never married found he had lived in canada/usa but died in wales, knew one of the boys had stayed on at abertaf villas, think it was david, looking for david davies got 1000s of hits, morgan was a bit more unusual knew he was in abercynon, you told me where ..knew his wife was jane, but you pinpointed the right one for us , perhaps we can find decendants of john willie, as one of our interests is getting photographs of old relatives, and also we have lots of davies photos that some rellie might identify, it wud not be morgans children ,as it seems he had none thanking you john

This will be a very hard task to do.
My first suggestion would be to place an advert in the local paper for the area to see if anyone comes forward as being related.

Have you tried searching tree on here to see if anyone else has them in their trees?
You may have to send many messages to no avail but you never know,you may hit lucky with one or two..

Other than that you would have to send off for all the possible marriages for David and John Willie and as you know there are too many for that really.
