Brother Charles ( Charlie)
Sisters Mary and Nellie

their father Charles James Clark (sawyer on Benjamins marriage certificate)

Mary married Mick ( Micheal) daughter Carol
Nellie married George
Charlie may have married Winnie ( Winifred)

There is much confusion over correct names.

We are not sure of mothers maiden name.

I still can't see the family in 1911

There are 3 possible Benjamins in the area at that time, born 1905 - 1908, 2 called Bennie.

Hi Kay,

Thank you for your message, I'm c & p'ing it here so anyone else maybe able to help. (It's lovely to receive private messages, but it's often easier to reply on the thread... just click onto the purple reply button).

"Hi Dee, thank you for your help so far, they may have been in a different area like East London Bow or somwhere like that as my husbands family said he was born in Bow but when i received his RAF records his birthplace was tottenham. Would that help with the 1911 census ? as i said he had a brother Charlie ( so i would assume he was the first born son and sister nellie perhaps Ellen and Mary "

I would really take a look at this transcription.... unfortunately I do not have credits for this;

HOUSEHOLD CLARKE CHARLES JAMES M 1882 29 Edmonton Middlesex (born Enfield, married 1904)

There does't seem to be the wife or children living wth him.

Hi Kay,

You can look at the 1911 census at this web address;

http://www.1911census.co.uk/

It is a pay per view site, I think the minimum you can spend is about £5.00, but if you go onto the records office board and ask for a 1911 census look up someone maybe able to do it for you, some GR members have a subscription to Find My Past and that is the same site that does the 1911 census.

Good luck Kay, best regards, Dee xx
