Hi, I was on the 1911 census and found an Aunts name that no-one in the family has heard of, Sarah Ellen was the first born in the family, born 1904, in St Asaphs, Mothers name Catherine nee Chippindale, father Edward Rogers Jones. Can anyone find out what happened to her? death, marriage etc, the family moved to Lancs not sure when. Jean

So Sarah was infact born 1903??

This is weird....

Deaths Mar 1903
Jones Sarah Ellen 20 St. Asaph 11b 251

The death of a Sarah Ellen Jones aged 20, was she the mother? (same name area and quarter!) could your family have taken the child in and infact she was not actually their natural child and therefore made her own way in life or even passed to another family member over time?

Maybe it was never mentioned because of the tragic surroundings of her birth??

Do you have her birth cert? or have you assumed those parents stated are her parents?
