Need info on Cyril Cox b. 1914 married to Vera Armes and had one son Stephen. Think he may be from London but moved to Birmingham. They divorced around 1964 and he remaried. He died September 1977. Any help would be appreciated.

A copy of the marriage certificate would hopefully name his father and perhaps help to find the family in earlier census.
The information on the certificate should enable you to find the correct birth registration for Cyril..

The district Southam spans the boundaries of the counties of Northamptonshire and Warwickshire


But the safest way is of course as Gwyn says,the marriage cert for his age and his fathers name and occupation,if it is backwards you wish to go.

If looking for his remarriage and any more possible children,then if you say thats what you are after I am sure some help can be given.
