Trying to find the birth of Benjamin Ward c. 1750. His sons George Augustus and Robert were wealthy merchants/landowners in the Wisbech area in the first half of the 19th century. Benjamin lived in Peterborough in the 1770s, but I can't find out where he came from. There are several possibilities in various parts of the country, but nothing obvious. |

In familysearch.org the batch number: 7126429 shows up many of the Wards. Perhaps there are some clues there. |
