I am trying to find John Francis Taylor or his wife Doreen Hawksworth both born 1923. I think he was born in Athlone, Ireland and Doreen was born in Barton upon Irwell, Lancashire. I have found their marriage in 1946 but cant find anything else on them. Am particularly interested in any children they may have had or electoral rolls they are on after 1975 as I know they were in Manchester then.

If anyone could help I would be very grateful!

Died Feb 1989 (poss on the 20th)
Age 65
Manchester, Lancashire.

One possable birth of a child born in Manchester, but was a year before there marriage.

Born Q2 1945
Manchester, Lancashire.

If you look at the deaths you will notice that they died within a month of each other, it may be worth getting the death cert's to find out who the informent was, it could be a son or daughter.

With my work i use lot's of site's and contacts.

On Ancestry someone has started a tree but there is only five people on it. (it has not been accesed for over 6 months)
Son is listed as Living Taylor. I have found this name to be Micheal John Taylor.

The only birth i can find to fit is

Micheal J Taylor
Q1 1949
Mac Clesfield, Cheshire.
Vol 10a Page 574
Mothers maiden name Hawksworth

This could be a possable leed, But i would start with the death cert's first.

Thats great LadyAugusta it definately looks promising. There is a member on here that seems to have everyone on the tree that I have from this family but he cant be a member anymore as he hasnt replied to my messages which is a bit annoying! He has a Michael Taylor born 1949 in Prestbury which is Macclesfield.
