hi ive been trying to find some family records on here.i have recently found out i have three half brothers their mothers name is betty. and their fathers name was alan francis turner. the lads names are ronald, joseph and peter.
im not sure if they still use turner as their surname and i dont know their mothers surname or maiden name.
im stuck with my search and would apprtiate any tips or indeed if any one knows any of these people. i think the eldest is ronald and we think he is approx 45 years old.
as far as i know they were all born in withingshaw or withington greater manchester.
there is also a half sister who got in contact with me amanda palmer. if anyone can help i would be very greatful.

hi ann the only dates i know is my dad dies 25th december 1981 when i was young the eldest we think is a little younger than first though he is around 40 i believe this to be ronald and peter is around 38 39 and joseph 37ish. i also believe their mother was called elizabeth warburton before marrying my dad but dont know if she still uses this name. i dont know what surname the lads use either and know very little really

No luck with a marriage for Francis or births of any of the boys in the Manchester (Cholton) area.

Perhpas not wise to post too much information on a public website re living people.

So if your dad is the Alan Francis Turner I found who sadly died in 1981, you are now looking for half-siblings. So did he marry twice, or did his wife marry again (seems more likely). Any idea what his wife's name was?

It might be better to send a private message to me with such information.
