Mary Teasdale (c1837 Lamesly, Durham) married Robert Ranson at St Nicholas Newcastle on Tyne 1860; Mary had two children to Robert, namely, Andrew (1861) and John (c1864); Robert died in 1862 and Mary married William Anderson (born c1838 UK) in c1872 in the UK (don't know where). |

Hi Lyne, Did Mary/William/John have 'middle' names? (I noticed Andrew was 'Andrew Teasdale Ranson' when he died 1942. I also noticed a Cyril Auburn Ranson d 1969 (Andrew's son) ...is this your own line? or worth following up? ...It's difficult to find deaths for such common names -so 'middle' names would help! ....The NSW State Library has an 'Ask a Librarian' service - they can check electoral rolls -though they would need more clues...(apart from 'Andrew Teasdale') The Librarian can check newspaper death notices for family names (ie Cyril Auburn Ranson 1969)......Valerie (W Aus)) ..... |
