I'm trying to find my great uncle Sidney James Harris, born 1890, his siblings were born in the Bucks area so I am guessing he was too. Although he appears on the 1891 census down in Devon with his mother Sarah and brother James William both born Bucks, but gives Sidney as being born in Surrey. I cannot think of where else to find him any suggestions please.
The other thing is both his parents were evangalist / Salvation Army, his father James is not with them but I have found a James Harris on the 1891 Scottish census down as a missionary, being a boarder, but only gives his birth place as England. Once again any suggestions on how I can find out where in England do they mean.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

The 1891 entry says Sidney John.
